Ryou typed in 'Scipio' onto the screen in front of him as the transporter came to Cathy.

Cathain didn't ask how Ryou knew it, but she headed on. She arrived at Carthage, the fifth sector of Lyoko. Doors opened, and she headed on her way.

"Beware of the time limit. You got some time to hit the switch." Ryou warned.

Cathain headed to the main room, looking for the key switch to stop the limit. Walls started coming down from the ceiling when the time limit neared the end of the countdown.

Cathain spotted the switch and pushed it. The ceiling came down just a moment before it stopped the clock. She glanced up, not aware of it coming down.
"Oh, f*** me."
Cathain was immediately devirtualized.

Cathain was devirtualized to the scanner. As she was sitting down, she hit her fist to the ground in aggravation. "I almost had it..." she said, exhausted.

Ryou appeared in the factory as he went down the elevator to the scanner room. "Can you guide me where I need to go via the communicator?"

"Yeah, but you'll have to hit the switch again." Cathain stepped out of the scanner, shaking her head slightly. "Just a little tip for you. Watch the sky. The sky is seriously falling in this Sector." She facepalmed. "Ow.."

Ryou stepped in the scanner as he smiled. "Gotcha."

"Transfer Ryou." Ryou spoke as his key began to glow as the scanner closed.

"Scanner."

"Virtualization!"

Cathain headed back to the Computer Room.
"You've been virtualized to the Forest Sector. Follow the coordinates I sent you earlier, and I'll enter the code to get you the Transporter Orb."

Ryou ran forward as he observed his surroundings. His key hit his chest repeatedly as he ran rapidly. He reached the coordinates as he raised his hand. The transporter orb came to him as he spoke, "Looks like I have control even in Lyoko."

"You're on a set time limit. Get ready to move when the doors open."

"There's only one door to head to the next room. The key switch is at the far end of the room. Press it, and it'll stop the time limit."

Ryou jumped up to the top obstacle as it began to bounce. "Oh god..." Ryou whined. He quickly used his hands to hit the edge of the rising pillars and then flip up, landing onto his feet. Ten seconds remained as he hit the switch. A pillar came down on him suddenly as he pulled his feet closer to him, before the pillar would have broken his legs. He sighed of relief.

"From what I've read, there's a panel on one of the floors of the room, and then on another floor there's a core. I'll handle the panel later. Find out what this whole core room is."

"You mean the Lyoko core? There's a core in the fifth sector. Well, this sector is the center of all the sectors. I can cut down the network flow and enter any sector from here or I can go into the core room where the core of Lyoko is located. Take that out and Lyoko will be destroyed."

"Yeah, he does. Right before I was devirtualized, I saw one of his monsters. My bet is, he was waiting on me to hit the switch."

"No, there are monsters everywhere. They are the guardians of Lyoko. Xana infected them. That's why they have his mark. These monsters have been infected. But they will protect the core at all costs. Xana doesn't have enough power yet to override their mission to protecting the core. When he can escape from Lyoko completely, he'll then have enough power to destroy the core. He'll probably use me to type in code Xana and wipe out a sector or two. You're also quite suitable to possession. Be careful. Don't get hit by the jellyfish and get possessed into wiping out Lyoko, sector by sector."
