Cathain spoke with Mrs. Hertz about the student known as Aelita Stones.
"Indeed, I knew her. Very smart student. But, I always questioned who she was hanging out with."
"Who was it?"
"Jeremie Belpois, Ulrich Stern, Yumi Ishyama, and that Odd Della-Robia. Jeremie and Yumi were very bright students, but the other two were not my favorite, to be honest. They slacked off."
"Thanks, Mrs. Hertz. You're amazing."
Cathain ran back to the Factory, logging on to the Super-Computer.

Cathain browsed another file.
"On my first visit, there was a file that was locked up. I unlocked it from the tower, but it was the same file that had the trap that XANA set up. I didn't open it from the tower again at risk of something else. In case, I sent it to the computer. Meaning, I've got Jeremie's entire video files and Aelita's virtual book. Both of them created something for anyone who had went back to turn on the computer. XANA got a hold of them, and I unlocked them. At a price, but a price well worth it."

Meaning, once we open it, he'll know it. I've tried every possible way to remove it. You can't. If you do, it'll erase the file. Frankly, I think it's a good thing he'll know. It'll put him on his guard that we'll be accessing new information. My bet is that he's already seen the entire file." | |

| "The thing is that the file is linked to an .exe file that is on another server and will launch upon loading the file. The .exe will delete the file and Xana will know when it launches. If we just manipulate what files can come through the firewall, we can prevent the .exe from deleting the file. I could also try deleting the .exe off the remote server."
