| As Kat started wiping out the group, one left standing by the end.
"I can offer you anything you want. Just tell me."

"Power? Money? Friends?"
"I have enough power, money is not of my concern, and I have the friends I need."
"Are you sure? Especially with power. You could become one of the most feared or loved people in the world. In the universe."
"Don't make me laugh."
"Make the right choice. You don't have many more chances."
"I'll make my first choice by starting with you."
Kat opened her palm and placed it within the shadow as it fazed through her.
"Die in blood."
"Fall in vain."
The shadow instantly burst into flames, and was vanquished. All that was left was the blood of its' death across Kat's hand in proof of the shadow's death. | |

| Kat was about to walk off to wash the blood off of her hands. Her pupils returned to normal, but the marking remained active. She was unsure as to why, being that it always seemed to disappear after a battle ever since she fought Barbus herself. Then, she had a thought. Making a couple hand gestures, the blood began to float in mid-air and formed a sphere. A voice echoed in her mind.

| Tom took out an ID card that read Tom's name, the EPA Staff logo, and an image of Tom as he swiped it across the door. He spoke, "Tom Kaos." Tom lit a blue flame on his finger. "Biometric signature verified." The door slid open as Tom and Kat went in. The door slid closed as Tom turned on the webcam. He closed his eyes and opened his left eyes, tears coming down from his left eye as it glowed with a red color. Everything went black as Tom opened the door. White blood was covered across the floor. "All shadows eliminated. The only ones left were shadows. All agents have been evacuated. Since anyone that stares into my left eye dies a sudden death of blue fire, and all screens are connected to that webcam, the whole agency has been surrounded by red light. All's that's left is the meditation room, which has no screens."
