| Tom closed his eyes as he spoke telepathically, "Kat, the plane is going to board. Mark, Lisa, and Jason are waiting. The faster we get on the plane, the faster we can get home. Let's go. Don't mind Lisa. She's trying to keep her reputation. When we were both partners, when dealing with other people on the field, we'd usually get abused with the system, and not just verbally, but physically too. My current reputation is solid enough to withstand the system, and I can thus call you by your real name, without any trouble. She cannot. She doesn't want to go through the same abuse again. You can't blame her. I might have had to call you kid or sport if I had to go through that abuse again. When dealing with the higher-up agents, especially those foreign agents, meaning those not from EPA... Just give her a break and she'll give you one."

| In the middle of the night, Kat felt herself nearly having a nightmare.
