| Tom replied, "We're in the Spirit World, Kat. Let's get to Manhattan and find a taxi." Tom and Kat held on to their luggage as they vanished and appeared in Manhattan. Kat raised her hand as a taxi car that was coming by stopped by her. "Let's go." Tom said as he packed the luggage into the trunk. Tom closed the trunk as he checked that it was locked and secure. Tom opened the door for Kat to get in as he entered after. Tom closed the door as he checked that it was locked and secured. The taxi driver asked, "Where are you two youngsters heading off to?" "Can you take us to the Central Drive Airport?" "Sure. Buckle your seat belts, kids. This calls for a bumpy ride."

| Tom smiled as a response as Kat noticed a green barrier around them. Tom's eyes moved from Kat's eyes to the taxi driver and back to Kat's eyes as he warned Kat to be more careful when talking about private information in public. The green barrier vanished as Tom laid back against his seat.

| Kat glanced out the window, and daydreamed a bit. All the sights were wonderful, and she was glad to be finally traveling a bit. She still had one thing that bothered her, being that she was worried about any threats they might find along the way, but, the thought went away from her mind. Kat had so many things she wanted. She began to wonder what had happened to the spirit that had tried to contact her just a few days ago when she was walking around the neighborhood.
"I will give you everything your heart desires for a price..." The spirit's words echoed in her mind a bit. She had what she wanted, and she had worked hard for all of it. | |
