| Tom and Kat headed to the center of the city. They entered the building that stood in the center as Tom showed identification. They headed up to the roof of the building, going outside to the roof's platform where the staff usually had lunch.

| A sudden light aimed for Tom. "Tom, watch out! That will kill you if it hits!" Steve yelled.
Tom sighed. The light beam approached Tom at a rapid speed as Tom waved his hand, as he pushed the light away. The light beam was reflected, hitting the source as it vanished. Tom's shirt suddenly read "KAOS" in the back in glowing blue letters. "So they wanted to identify my affiliation with the high council. Well, they're too late. That position over there is the location of the light beam that will destroy the city."
"Communicator, activate seal decryption, level 10 encryption active."
"Voice verified, Thomas H. Kaos, identified. Request accepted."
Tom's seal began to glow on his stomach. "Kat, evacuate everyone in this building."

| The staff began to evacuate the building as Tom yelled, "Everyone, get back by at least a mile!" Everyone followed Tom's instructions as they were soon a mile away. Tom smiled. "Release!" A large dark energy was released from Tom as everything went black. The light beam hit the city as the dark energy became a barrier, consuming the light beam as it followed it to the source.
