| Tom managed to catch Kat in time as he put her gently onto the ground. Tom's eyes flashed a red color as they turned back to a brown color. Kat's body was levitating in mid-air as Tom used his powers to move her to her bed so that she could get some rest.

| As Kat was dreaming, Aqua had come to her. She saw her and a female figure with ocean colored hair in a blank room.
"Who are you?" Kat asked.
"I am Aqua. The inner Beast Spirit of all Water Elementals."
"You're inside me?"
"So to speak. I come to you to show you I am not a threat."
"You're like a guardian?"
"Partly. I am the reason you control your bending. Without me, there would be a high chance you would not survive."
"How?"
"Your powers need a controller. I am the controller. You are the guide."
"I think I understand."
"When you awaken again, things will be a bit clearer to you. When the time is right, I will need to ask of you to allow me to combine with your spirit. Until you gain better control over your abilities, it will not be possible, but, for now, just keep it in mind."
"Alright."
"Remember, you're not alone. You will never be alone. Your partner will be there for you, and he will come to your aid when necessary. But, you must also be there for him. Potential lies in your friendship. Do not forget that."
Aqua faded away, and everything went as black as midnight.
