Maya looked around the agency, and even tried searching at the forest for Zelda. She was nowhere to be found. Later, she returned the agency and met up with Alex. "This is so strange. Alan acting weird, Mom acting weird, today being weird. I must be tired, because everything seems so weird today."

"Sorry about everything." Alan apologized, appearing out of nowhere behind Maya and Alex in the hallway by their rooms.

"What's going on? You're here, now where's mom? I mean, honestly. This disappearing act is getting strange. I remember being in the Spirit Realm one moment, and here the next. Then you come in, and you're just being... well, strange. I don't know if that's a natural thing, which by what mom described it is, but, yeah."

"We're going to evacuate in a week. Be prepared." Alan vanished at once.

"This day just keeps getting better and better." Maya rolled her eyes and went back to Zelda's room. It was getting late, and no word from Zelda. Maya went to sleep quickly that night, but dreaming of the events from the Spirit World.

Alan was in his room, lying in his bed.

Maya, who was curious, had remembered about her trip to the Spirit Realm and wanted to try and go back. She had a strange feeling that Zelda was there. Listening to the words that Terrene had told her about traveling, she managed her way back to the forest of the Spirit Realm. Her spirit separated from it's body, leaving her body in the Mortal Realm.
"Mom, can you hear me?" Maya called out. "Where are you?" No reply came. Maya traveled into the forest in hopes of finding Zelda.

Alan shifted in bed, watching Maya searching for Zelda.

Rena had reappeared next to Zelda, who was still unconscious. She heard Maya calling out Zelda's name, and Rena put the black mask back on. Maya had reached the clearing that the two were in.
"What are you doing? Who are you? I demand to know."
"Who am I? A friend only to the Guardian. You do not concern our business. Begone, mortal."
"I do concern the business of the Guardian."
"How so?"

"I'm the Guardian's daughter, and her splitting image. That's how." Maya held up her wrist, showing the faint outline of the marking in the same place as Zelda's.

Alan continued to watch with interest, paying attention to Rena and Maya, then Zelda. "I sense a potential riot if Rena and Maya don't behave themselves."

"Be that as it may, my concern is only for the Guardian. Begone."
"Make me."
Rena drew her blades and began to run towards Maya. Maya instantly jumped into the tree above her.

"A fair fight? By the heaven's no. Lay one hand on my daughter, and I swear on my life tonight will be your last," Zelda stated from behind Rena. Rena instantly froze. "You can't keep the Guardian down for long. Put away your weapons, Rena. You're outmatched. I may not have my full powers, but that doesn't mean I can't take you down."

Rena put away her weapon and allowed Maya to come down from the tree.

"You go, girl." Alan thought, glad that the fight was over.

"Fine. But she cannot be here for what we have to do."
"And I need to return to the Mortal World or my powers won't rebuild."
"What about our plans?"
"They'll just have to wait a little while. I will return. If nothing else, I can travel here during my sleeping hours. But I can't abandon the Mortal World, nor Maya. I've stayed here for too long, and Elites cannot stay in this realm forever or it starts breaking them from their original world. That's not healthy because once you break from it then your powers won't rebuild properly."
"Very well." Rena instantly disappeared, leaving Maya and Zelda alone. Maya then noticed that Zelda was still covered in wounds and her outfit was blood stained.
"What happened to you?"
"The same that happened to you, only, I ran off the creatures. I don't let someone get away with things like this. Alan came in and healed part of the wounds, but some of them won't heal yet because there are so many."
"Then lets go back to the Mortal World. You need to recover."
"Do you have enough power to make the return trip for two people?"
"Well, I can find out."
Maya took Zelda's hand and both of them transported back to the Mortal World. Zelda shortly changed into a short sleeve shirt and jeans.
"Good God. How many attacked you?"
"Three. For a while, I didn't even feel the attacks."

"Are you two okay? I'm glad to hear that Rena and Maya didn't kill each-other." Alan asked, appearing behind Zelda and Maya.

"Aside from some cuts and bruises, I think we're both alright. I owe you back there for the help. But, I wasn't going to let any fight start. We're both beat up enough."

"I swear, I don't know what was worse. Getting attacked by Wolves, or attacking them and not feeling their attacks. I mean, you can look at the claw marks all over me, and tell that there was more than one. Heck, one got on my back and you can see three or four straight lines where they went completely down. And I didn't feel that. Now, normally, I never get that angry. I'm actually surprised."

"I know, but seriously. That was just nuts.... We'll, and painful. Yeah, now I feel the side effects of it." Zelda rolled her eyes.
"So, what do we do from here?"
"Well, I can tell you the story later about Rena, but I think we all just need some sleep. I know I do."

"So, what's up with this Rena girl?"
"She's here for the Guardian. Well, me. I've got powers that I haven't even accessed yet and I should be able to at this point. My powers advance as I grow older. But, because I lingered in that realm far too long and I did almost a total release of all the reserved energy I had, I couldn't get out of that world."
"Why didn't she bring you back?"
"She can only stay in that world. I'm the only one that she'll come to or can summon her. And when she does come, she forms an invisible barrier that keeps anyone from seeing us during our session. Basically, we go off the radar completely."

"Well, it's to keep things hidden. The last session we had we should've waited. Because, I was forced into a process that drained almost every last bit of my reserved energy to keep a hold in the Spirit Realm. And that was why it pretty much took me down. But, when I heard Rena chasing after Maya, I was able to step in. I can get fairly p***ed, but when I do it never ends well. Just look at last night's incident. Yeah, my point."

"I don't let people get away with attacking family. Let alone friends. I'd put myself on Death Trial before letting anyone get away with it. If anyone pulls something like that, they have to deal with me. Call me the Devil if you want, because I can teach a person what it's like to meet him if they go too far. And I'm not lying there."
