"In Lyoko, a node is conveyed as a tower with different color codes, red for when it is infected and blue for when it is functioning fine. There are also viruses among the network, conveyed as monsters on the network. It seems that the virtualization process copies your DNA into a secure terminal and assigns you a rendering of the data it gathers from your DNA pattern. Cathain headed to the scanner room prepared for a trip to the mountain sector. She knew the way already, having gone before.

Cathain looked away from Ryou's view. "Even if he didn't, I wouldn't be freed of him. If he did, he'd still have what he wanted." The elevator headed up to the scanner room.

"That doesn't make sense. But whatever. I'll be on the admin interface. We can communicate through the network. If you need anything, don't hesitate to ask. I'll be screwing around with the system to see if I can bypass the lock and remotely deactivate towers."

Cathain walked up to the scanner. "Here we go." As she entered, the transfer process started up again.

Cathain virtualized in the Mountain Sector as she planned. She knew where the tower was, and went on her way. She looked out for enemies nearby.

"Virtualization was a success. I overwrote your previous profile. Your attacks will be more accurate now and completely with your will. If you spot an enemy, pinpoint it out for me so I can register it in the database and do some research. This way, I can find its flaw and pinpoint it to you."

"But they are not registered. If they are not registered, then we can't keep track of them. I can tell you where every enemy is. Right now, they show as dots on the tracking map I installed. I can change the color to red for enemies, and green for allies. I marked you as green and I can see your profile card."

Cathain had spotted an incoming Megatank. She jumped back onto a rock and waved a hand across the red gem on her bracelet. A longsword appeared and she took it into hand.

"Enemy in sight. Fires lasers and protects itself with a metal outer shell. An eye is in its center and can be hit to be killed."

"So that's the fatal point. Alright, megatank registered. can't remove it from my end. The lock is encrypted to an extremely high level. I might have to do it in Lyoko just to undo a small part of the lock."

The Megatank fires a laser. Cathain jumps behind the rock, avoiding damage.
"I'll have to destroy the thing if I'm going to get out of here."
Jumping back on the rock, she leaps. Stabbing the eye of the Megatank, she pulls her sword back and runs back as the Megatank is destroyed.
